1. Who we are

Songoria ("we", "us") creates personalized songs based on the information customers provide. The service is operated by Katarzyna Górecka, Nowogrodzka 31, 00-511 Warszawa, Poland, tax ID (NIP): 7412060624. You can always reach us at [email protected].

2. The service

You share a story through our questionnaire; we turn it into song lyrics which you can review, edit and approve free of charge. After payment, we produce a full-length song based on your approved lyrics and deliver it digitally.

Songs are composed and produced with the help of AI music technology, including AI-generated vocals, with human quality control. We do not imitate the voice of any real artist and we do not accept requests to do so.

3. Ordering and payment

Prices are shown at checkout before you pay, including any add-ons you select. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.

Discounts (including the new-customer discount) apply to the prices shown and are limited to one per customer unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery: within 24 hours from payment. Express delivery (paid add-on): within 1 hour. Delivery means an email with access to your private listening page, where you can play and download your song.

If we miss the Express delivery window, we refund the Express fee automatically.

5. Revisions

Revisions are free and unlimited within 30 days of delivery: you can edit lyrics, request changes, or switch the vocal style, and we will re-produce the song at no charge. We want you to love it — revisions are the first remedy, refunds the second.

6. Money-back guarantee and withdrawal

Our voluntary guarantee: if you don't love your song, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your full payment. No questions asked. This guarantee also covers paid add-ons. Details and timelines are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Because every song is personalized and production starts immediately after payment, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital custom-made content may not apply in your jurisdiction once production has begun — but our voluntary guarantee above is broader than the statutory right, and it is the one we honor in practice.

7. Your license to the song

Upon full payment you receive a lifetime, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your song however you choose: play it, download it, copy it, gift it, post it anywhere on social media — monetized or not, with no view limit — and use it commercially. The person you gift it to enjoys the same freedoms. There is no extra license tier to buy; if the song earns money, that money is yours.

Honest limits that come with any AI-created music, ours included: the license is non-exclusive (a broadly similar melody could exist elsewhere); music created wholly by AI may not enjoy copyright protection in some jurisdictions — which also means no third party holds copyright in the music itself — so we grant rights by contract rather than promising transferable copyright ownership.

How you use the song is your decision and your responsibility. We are not a party to, and accept no liability for, disputes between you and third parties or platforms arising from your use of the song — including automated matching systems (such as Content ID), demonetization or account decisions, or claims connected to information you supplied for the lyrics. On request, we will provide documentation confirming when and how your song was created, to help you dispute mistaken claims.

We may not use your song or your story for our advertising without your explicit consent.

8. Your content and acceptable use

You confirm that the information you share is true to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to share it — including personal details about the song's recipient.

We refuse and refund orders that request: harassment, defamation or mockery of any person; sexual content involving minors; imitation of a specific artist's voice or style presented as that artist; or any unlawful content. Automated and manual moderation applies.

9. Privacy

Your story often contains personal data — sometimes sensitive. How we process and protect it is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits, lost advertising or streaming revenue), for decisions of third-party platforms, or for third-party claims arising from your use of the song or from information you provided to create it.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Reaction-video refund

From your listening page you may upload a video of the gifted person's genuine reaction. If we accept the video, we refund 100% of your order within 48 hours — and in exchange you grant us a worldwide, perpetual license to use that video in our marketing.

Upload only videos you filmed yourself, with the visible person's consent. We may decline videos without giving a reason; declining does not affect your other rights, including the money-back guarantee.
