1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

Order data: your email address, payment status (payments themselves are handled by Stripe — we never see your card number), and your choices (occasion, genre, add-ons).

Story content: what you write or record in the questionnaire — names, relationships, memories, and sometimes sensitive details (health, grief). You decide what to share; share only what you're comfortable having in a song.

Usage data: how you move through our site (pages, funnel steps), collected with your consent where required.

3. What we use it for

To create your song: your story is processed by our AI partners (text generation and music production) solely to produce your lyrics and song. Our AI providers do not use your content to train their models under our agreements.

To deliver and support: emails about your order (confirmation, delivery, revisions), and responses to your requests.

To improve and market, only with consent: funnel analytics and marketing emails you can opt out of at any time.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers acting on our instructions: payment processing (Stripe), hosting and storage, email delivery, AI text and music generation, and analytics. We share the minimum needed for each purpose.

We never sell your personal data. We never publish your song or story without your explicit consent.

5. How long we keep it

Order and story data: as long as needed to provide the service, honor revisions and the money-back guarantee, then per legal retention duties (e.g. accounting).

You can request deletion of your story content at any time after delivery — your song remains yours; the inputs are removed.

6. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection — plus the right to withdraw consent at any time and to complain to your data-protection authority.
